Product Description
|
| Fusion-Crete
5-Minute Concrete is a magnesium/phosphate concrete with exceptional
high, early set-up time and compressive strength that will also set
up in contact with, or submerged in, water. This concrete is especially
useful for making concrete and asphalt repairs in peak-traffic areas
---- in dry or wet weather ---- allowing pedestrian and/or vehicular
traffic to be resumed within 5 to 10 minutes following the completion
of the repair work. The working and set-up times may be increased
by using a greater amount of the Liquid Activator (Component "A")
with the Dry Cement Compound (Component "B"). |
|
|
|
Advantages
|
| 1 |
Minimal
surface preparation is required |
| 2 |
Dramatically
reduces traffic delays |
| 3 |
The
only additional ingredient(s) required are sand and/or gravel, depending
upon the type of repair. |
| 4 |
May
be mixed by hand or with power mixer |
| 5 |
No
cutting is required; material may be feathered into broken, jagged
edges and also feathered out to zero. |
| 6 |
Color
pigment may be added. |
| 7 |
There
will be virtually no shrinkage. |
| 8 |
Superior
resistance to freeze/thaw, salts, chemicals, snow, ice, and abrasion. |
| 9 |
High
compressive strength: up to 4,500 psi in 2 Hrs., 6,000 psi in 7 days
and 9,000 psi in 28 days. |
| 10 |
Tremendous
labor savings. |
| 11 |
Non-toxic
and non-hazardous product. |
| 12 |
Successful
history of use of this type of product for more than 25 years. |
